John McClain’s practical approach to solving legal issues stems from his industrious real-life experiences.
While attending high school, Mr. McClain acquired and managed multiple residential rental properties. Mr. McClain earned a Bachelor of Science Degree from The State University of New York, Plattsburgh. While attending college, at the age of 21, he was one of the youngest individuals to own a hotel in New York State. During that period, he managed commercial properties with clients that included the United States Navy, Metropolitan Oil, Planned Parenthood and others. In 1981, Mr. McClain purchased a second Hotel and transformed a 60 room Best Western into a profitable fully renovated hotel with multiple night clubs, a restaurant and banquet facilities.
Mr. McClain received a Law Degree from The Western New England School Law in 1989. Thereafter, he received a Masters in Tax Law from Villanova University. Mr. McClain became a member of the Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Federal District Courts for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania Bars in 1989. He founded his law practice wherein he represented clients in personal injury, estate, real estate, and bankruptcy cases. He was featured in a Legal Intelligencer Article after founding a Lawyer Referral Service. In the 29 years he has been in practice, he has helped thousands of clients in financial distress, to get a fresh start through personal bankruptcy.

Mitchell Prince is from Philadelphia. He attended the University of Maryland where he received a Bachelor of Arts in English in 1987. Thereafter, he received a law degree from The University of Baltimore School of Law. He was invited to become a Law Clerk for the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania for the Honorable Justice T. McDermott where he served for two years. He is a member of the Pennsylvania, Washington D.C. and United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania Bars since 1991 and the Maryland State Bar since 1990. He joined John L. McClain and Associates in 1994 and became an Associate Attorney.
